Registration
If you are looking for a place for your child, you need to contact the main office to speak to Dee Broomhead and fill in a registration form. We will need to know your child’s date of birth, your preferred start date and the days required per week. Please see the dedicated fees section of our web page for more information about fees. A minimum of 2 days is required. All conditions are subject to availability.

Waiting List
Availability is assessed on an ongoing basis, taking into account any leavers or room moves. We will inform you if a place becomes available. If your child does not receive a place to start at the requested time, they will remain on the waiting list until a place becomes available or until you request for them to be removed. We advise parents to register your interest with us as soon as possible, as at times we have long waiting lists. Dee will discuss the place options avaliable, we always strive to accomondate parents needs and requests, however at times we only have certain options avaiable due to our current numbers and capacity.
Tours
Once registered on our waiting list, we will arrange for you to visit Martenscroft and have a tour of our provision. If you are happy and wish to proceed you will be added to our waiting list.
Allocation of Places
Places are offered based on the following order of priority:
- Existing children looking to increase sessions
- Distance to school setting
- Siblings of existing children
- The date of registration to the waiting list, in conjunction with whether your stated preference matches the available space.
Gradual Admission
Once a place is available you will be contacted to arrange a home visit and dicuss the gradual admissions process for your child. Your child will be allocated a key worker once they start, who will get to know both your child and yourself to develop a partenership in supporting your child's learning.
